By registering a paper for the conference, all authors indicated in the form confirm their consent to participate in the conference and agree to post information about their paper contained in the registration form on the conference website.
By registering a paper for the conference, all the authors indicated in the form confirm their consent to receive the newsletter by e-mail from the Conference Organizing Committee and the Manuscriptium system.
Registration of a paper does not oblige the authors to participate in the conference. Authors may withdraw from participation at any stage of preparation for the conference.
Unpublished articles containing the results of original research and meeting the following criteria: relevance, scientific novelty, prospects of practical application are accepted for the conference. One person cannot be a co-author of more than 4 (four) papers. The number of co-authors of one report (article) cannot exceed 7 (seven) persons. Exceptions can be made only in case of preliminary agreement with the Conference Organizing Committee.
All necessary materials for the publication of articles in the Proceedings of the Conference must be submitted within the established deadlines. All articles submitted by the authors to the Conference Proceedings will undergo a blind review procedure and may be checked for plagiarism. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet the above criteria, or prepared not in accordance with the established templates, or submitted later than the deadlines specified on the conference website at any stage of the preparation and holding of the conference and preparation of the Proceedings of the conference.
